· I was at home sleeping.
· No, I live alone. · I was with Andy in his room. · We were working together. · We worked from 9:00 pm to 9:40 pm and I left the house at 9:45 pm. · I used the restroom and went to my car. · Yes, James saw me leaving. · I came here in the afternoon to get some paper work because Andy had gone on a business trip and was coming back that evening. I did not contact him but Isabel was looking for something inside the room. · She said she was looking for a book. |
Isabel Ericson's Interview
· Where were you around 2 a.m.?
· Can anybody prove that? · What were you doing before 2 a.m.? · You said you saw Andy and James arguing. What was the argument about? · How did you pass by Andy’s room when you said you were in your room the whole time? · If you heard noises, why didn’t you know what they were arguing about? · What time was the argument? · What were you doing in Andy’s room yesterday? · How did you get into his room? · How long were you in his room? · Did Stacy Morson enter the room while you were in there? |
· Sleeping, of course.
· No. · I had dinner with my family and went back to my room after that. I did not enter Andy’s room. · I don’t know but James seemed to be angry. · I went downstairs to get something to drink and heard noises coming from his room. · It was hard to hear because the door was shut. · Around 10 close to 11, I think. · Looking for a book that Andy took from me. · He never locks the door, it’s a habit. · Not long, about 15 minutes. I couldn’t find the book because his room was so messy. · Yes, she said she needed to get some paper work. She stayed in there longer than me. |
James Ericson's Interview

· No. · I was in my brother’s room, but I went back to my room around 11:05. · We had a little argument over some work. · My sister sold some information to our rival, my brother caught her and wanted to tell our father about it. I disagreed with him and so we had an argument. · Yes, I am pretty sure I was. · Yes, she was on her way to her car, I recall. · We heard some footsteps coming down the hall so we stopped arguing and I went back to my room. · According to Ammy, it was my father. · No. |
Brian Ericson's Interview

· Can anybody prove that? · What were you doing before 2 a.m.? · According to Ammy, you came out of the victims room at about 11 p.m. is that true? · Did you hear what the argument was about? · Did you know about Isabel’s matter? · Did you notice anything suspicious like someone hiding? · Was Isabel present when you went near the victim’s room? · Thank you, sir. |

· No. · After dinner, I went straight back to my office. · Yes, I came out to use the restroom and heard some noises, sounded like an argument so I went to check it out. · No, they stopped arguing when I went near the door. I think they knew someone was coming so they stop arguing. They did not want anyone to know what the matter was about, I suppose. · No, I’m still in shock. · No. · No. |
Annabel Clark's Interview (including Ammy and Luke)

· Can anybody prove that? · Where were you before 2 a.m.? · What are you doing here? You are not a residence of this house. · What is your relationship with the victim? · Is there a reason you would have a grudge against the victim? · Hello Ammy, are you sure you saw Brian after your shower? · Luke, you entered Andy’s room yesterday, was there anything out of order? · Thank you for your cooperation. |
· I was in the guest room sleeping.
· The kids but they were sleeping too. · I cooked dinner, watched TV in the guest room, took a bath and went to sleep. I was with the kids the whole time. · I was invited to stay the night and visit their new park today. · We are friends. My husband and Andy are business partners. · He tricked my husband once but we are on good terms now. · Yes, I saw him. He even gave me some candy. · Yes, the room was a mess: books, clothes, and toys everywhere. There was even a random mirror on the bookcase. He showed us the park’s blueprint too. It was really cool. |
